2 Day Intervention for Senior and Middle Management of an MNC

We conducted a 2 day intervention for the senior and middle management team of a US based Clinical Research Company.

Feedback from the COO - "I couldn’t respond to your earlier mails and am thus taking this opportunity to thank you and Vikrant for the programme that you conducted for our team. It was quite lively and interactive, and quite de-stressing too. Though not enough time has elapsed, we can see many of the learnings being implemented, and that in itself is a testimony to the success of the programme.
Of course, we would have wanted it to be extended with more perspectives beyond the two days that we had at our disposal, but for the time. I am sure, after the refresher, we would have more opportunities coming up in the future for collaborating on similar and other programmes."

Have you experienced in a middle of a meal, you may have stepped out to take a call and when you return your plate is cleared by the wait staff!!!

The wait staff are trained to read the cutlery positions. Thus, the next time you step out or are having a conversation with someone on the table, place the cutlery in the "RESTING" Position.

To indicate that you are done with your meal and you would like your plate to be cleared, you must place it in the "FINISHED" Position.

Business Communication Workshop

We recently had the pleasure of conducting a Business Communication Workshop for a heterogeneous group at one of the largest business conglomerates in the country.

The workshop covered various aspects of Communication that helped participants create a personal brand. The modules included Elevator Pitch, Email Communication, Non-Verbal Communication as well as Presentation Skills.

We received great feedback from the enthusiastic and interactive participants. This program was conducted on behalf of Femina Believe Learning Academy (Times of India Group)
