Fashion Colors of 2016 - Rose Quartz & Serenity

Fashion colors change with every fashion season i.e. from spring/summer to autumn/winter. The colors of the season are foreseen and decided by world-renowned fashion industry leaders. Various factors contribute towards creating fashion colors like economy in general and needs, moods and aspirations of the consumers. These colors are decided a few years in advance in order to have ample time for manufacturers to procure required dye and raw materials.

Pantone Color Institute is the global authority on color and they release bi-annual reports on season colors.

Color of the year 2016: ROSE QUARTZ and SERENITY

2 Day Intervention for Senior and Middle Management of an MNC

We conducted a 2 day intervention for the senior and middle management team of a US based Clinical Research Company.

Feedback from the COO - "I couldn’t respond to your earlier mails and am thus taking this opportunity to thank you and Vikrant for the programme that you conducted for our team. It was quite lively and interactive, and quite de-stressing too. Though not enough time has elapsed, we can see many of the learnings being implemented, and that in itself is a testimony to the success of the programme.
Of course, we would have wanted it to be extended with more perspectives beyond the two days that we had at our disposal, but for the time. I am sure, after the refresher, we would have more opportunities coming up in the future for collaborating on similar and other programmes."

Dining Etiquette Tip - Cutlery Position

Have you experienced in a middle of a meal, you may have stepped out to take a call and when you return your plate is cleared by the wait staff!!!

The wait staff are trained to read the cutlery positions. Thus, the next time you step out or are having a conversation with someone on the table, place the cutlery in the "RESTING" Position.

To indicate that you are done with your meal and you would like your plate to be cleared, you must place it in the "FINISHED" Position.
